Primarily GMW is focused on providing aspiring
and established models/talent to manage and
direct their own careers. We will at all times
attempt to offer the best possible advice and
protection to our members. All advice taken
from this site is at the viewer's own risk and
the viewer indemnifies GMW against any liabilities
due to any adverse consequences arising or perceived
to have arisen due to advice given on this site

agree that when you make your profile public
or include your photo in the headshots gallery
that GMW will publish your personal information
and photos, and allow other members to contact
you. You also agree that you will not use the
contact system to send junk mail, spam, offensive
messages, or for any purposes other than those
directly related to auditions or casting calls.
GMW will be the sole judge of any breach of
the conditions of use. Any breach of these conditions
may result in your membership being terminated
and a permanent ban from the site. No refund
will be given if you have breached the terms
and conditions stipulated herein.
PRIVACY
GMW
collects personal information about you through
your use of the services and the web site, including
your registration details; and information relating
to your use of the web site and the content
you access. You agree that GMW may use this
personal information to assist us to provide
the services to you, for internal research purposes,
to verify your identity, for promoting and marketing
other GMW products and services to you, and
for any other use that you authorise. GMW will
not sell or forward such personal information
to any third party other than to members and
viewers of this site.
IMAGE
IN USE
The model agree
that he/she has full copyright to use any images
he/she has uploaded to the site for solely the
purposes as stipulated herein.
The
model has the choice when signing up or amending
his/her personal page on this site whether he/she
wishes to make certain images available for
purchase by other registered members. If agreeing
to the model image(s) submitted to us may be
purchased by a registered member, such image
may be used for Website, Packs, Posters, Show
Cards, Record Covers, Promotional events, Mobile
& PC/Laptop downloads and Media use.
Clients
looking to purchase an image of a model must
do so via the GMW site. The cost of usage will
be determined on the purpose of use of the image(s)
by the client. Any images being used without
our knowledge by a user/client will be liable
to pay the fee and costs. Any unauthorised use
is subject to legal proceedings.

REFUNDS
No
refunds of any fees paid by the member will
be made by GMW except where the Member has a
medical condition, certified by a General Medical
Practitioner, which incapacitates him/her at
least in respect of pursuing his/her talent.
Any refund given shall be at the sole discretion
of GMW.

GMW
charge and the Member pays a reasonable administration
fee.
RESPONSIBILITY
FOR MINORS
This
site is intended for persons of all ages. You
acknowledge that some parts of the GMW site
contains material that is inappropriate for
minors. Minors should not access this site.
Minors are not permitted to upload images of
an adult nature.
SITE
ACCESS
Although
GMW use the latest servers and technology, access
to our site may be interrupted, restricted or
delayed from time to time. We will not be liable
for damages or costs in these circumstances.
INACCURATE
INFORMATION
All
information provided to us must be complete
and accurate information. If your information
changes you will be responsible for providing
us with the updated information. We shall not
be held liable for any loss, damage or consequences
as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information
we receive from you.
TERMINATION
The
Member may terminate his/her membership of GMW
at any time after the expiry of the Minimum
Period, upon giving one month’s notice
in writing of his/her intention to do so.
GMW
may terminate the membership at any time upon
a breach of any of the terms and conditions
stipulated herein. Abuse of another member may
be deemed as a breach and any action which may
be taken is at the discretion of GMW and may
well lead to termination of membership.
LIMITATION
OF LIABILITY
Except
as provided in the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993
or as provided elsewhere in this agreement,
GMW shall not be liable or responsible to the
Member for any direct, indirect or consequential
injury, loss or damage to the person or property
of the Member, whatsoever and howsoever arising.
The
member guarantees GMW that they have the permission
of the copyright holder (usually the producer)
to use material in their show reel for the purpose
of gaining work.
LIABILITY
You
agree that, to the maximum extent permitted
by law, any and all liability and responsibility
of GMW to you or any other person under or in
connection with these terms and conditions,
or in connection with the services, this web
site, another member's acts or commissions,
or your use of or inability to use, the services
or this web site is excluded regardless of whether
such liability arises in contract, tort (including
negligence), equity, breach of statutory duty
or otherwise. GMW’s liability and responsibility
is excluded in respect of any and all loss or
damage, whether direct or indirect, including,
without limitation, loss of profits, loss of
data, loss of business or anticipated savings,
general and special damages, and consequential
and incidental loss.
INDEMNITY
You
agree to release, indemnify and keep indemnified
us from and against all actions, claims, costs
(including legal costs and expenses) losses,
proceedings, damages, liabilities, or demands
suffered or incurred by us to any person arising
out of or in connection with your use of GMW’s
services. Breach Without limiting any other
rights and remedies available to GMW, we may
limit your activities on the web site, remove
your profile, issue a warning to you, suspend
or terminate your membership, or refuse to provide
our services to you if you breach these terms
and conditions or where GMW considers it appropriate.
